The short answer is yes. We are a welcoming group of diverse women working together to crush their goals, no matter your ability, current health, or fitness level. Pack Members set their own goal for how many miles to walk in a month to earn their bracelet. We have no requirements or minimums. If you walk and hit your goal, you’ll earn your wearable inspiration. 

I can only walk short distances inside. Can I still do this?
Yes! We actually offer House Walking classes designed to be done inside any home, regardless of size, with no special equipment required. Each House Walking class is 15 minutes and the equivalent of 1 mile of walking. And for all of our walking classes, our coaches offer modifications for all fitness levels.

I’m recovering from XYZ and my doctor recommended I start walking. Can I do this?
Yes! And we are so glad you found your way to 99 Walks to begin a walking program as you recover. 99 Walks is for everyone, no matter where you are on your walking journey.

I’m already walking a bunch. Is there anything here for me?
Absolutely! You are doing great, but you can still up your game and add to your consistency. You’ll get walking classes to inspire you, meet like-minded women, and earn a gorgeous bracelet while you are at it!

Can I participate with a walker or a wheelchair? What if I’m pushing a stroller?
Of course! Everyone is welcome at 99 Walks, no matter your speed or your style. We even offer Chair Walking classes that are designed to be taken while seated.

Do I have to walk or can I count miles on a stationary bike?
We are all about walking around here but we understand that sometimes you need to switch it up and do other things. If on occasion you need to track miles from something other than walking, that’s ok with us, as long as you’re taking intentional time for yourself.
