Chair Walk

Length: 15 Minutes
Coach: Natalie

Who says you can’t walk in a chair? Not us. And not Coach Natalie. This 15-minute class is designed for those brand new to walking, recovering and overcoming from an injury, or maybe just looking to try a new way to walk. Coach Natalie will guide you through seated chair walking and chair supported movements to improve your strength and stamina to get you back on your feet.


House Walking

Length: 15 Minutes
Coach: Jenny

Can’t get outside for your walk? We got you! Coach Jenny’s House Walk Class is the perfect 15 minutes to get you up and walking, all in the comfort of your home. This quick, upbeat class will leave you feeling energized and amazed at what you can do at home with your walk.


Treadmill

Length: 30 Minutes
Coach: Jillie & Carrie

Coach Jillie brings her energy to this 30-minute treadmill celebration complete with incline and pace intervals. The class gives you the cues, but everything is a suggestion as you choose the intensity that is right for you. Wanna add incline walking? Go for it! Wanna stick with level power walking? That’s good, too. Whatever works for you, Coach Jillie will be sure you celebrate your own personal successes.


Tread 15

Length: 15 Minutes
Coach: Carrie

Turn it up! Coach Carrie will keep you company and encourage you in this quick 15-minute treadmill class. The pace is yours to choose, but you’ll feel ready to conquer the day once this walking class is complete. 


Stretch & Core

Length: 15 Minutes
Coach: Jenny

Sometimes what your body needs is a good stretch, and Coach Jenny’s Stretch & Core is the perfect way to do just that. On its own, after a walk, or stacked with other walking classes, Coach Jenny will help improve your flexibility and range of motion and make your body feel oh-so-good. Before you begin this 15-minute class, we recommend you grab a yoga mat, soft blanket or chair. Come and get your stretch on. Your body will thank you for it.
