Perfect for everyone, whether you are new to intentional walking, new to meditation, or looking for a mindset reset as you launch into, or recover from, your day.


Mid-Month Motivation

The mid-month doldrums can happen to all of us, but not with Coach Jillie around! This 15-minute mid-month power-up is all about getting out the door and firing up your motivation. This magic class, which is suitable for everyone, appears only once a month. Trust us, if you need a little mid-month boost, you don’t want to miss it.


Worthiness Walk

Length: 20 Minutes
Coach: Jillie

Join Coach Jillie as you walk with worthiness. This all levels class is designed to help you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is your weekly reminder that you are enough, you have what it takes, and it’s time to start prioritizing yourself. This 20 minute inspiring fitness walk will leave you ready to take on your day and remind you who you really are.


Empowerment

Length: 30 Minutes
Coach: Joyce

Coach Joyce’s 30-minute Empowerment walk is the perfect blend of mindset and movement. You can expect a unique class theme, some intervals, some upper body and maybe even a few squats for good measure. The class ends with 5 minutes to empower yourself by listening and enjoying the music and maybe, just maybe, throwing yourself your own private dance party. 


Journey

Length: 30 Minutes
Coach: Eric

Join Eric for a 30-minute journey into mindset, wellness, lessons from the stoics and so, so much more. Each class includes guided intervals and pace variations that you can adjust to what works for you. Wanna push hard? Great. Feel like taking it easy? That works, too!
