+ I'm a 99 Walks Pack Member. How do I log in to the app?

You can download the 99 Walks app in iOS or Google Play store. If you joined via the website, you will sign in with the same email and password that you used to create your account when you first joined. Be sure to click "sign in" on the app and not "create account" to gain access.

+ I'm getting a message that my subscription is invalid. What should I do?

You can check your account information here to make sure your subscription is up-to-date.

If you continue to have problems, please email team@99walks.fit so we can get you into the app and walking as quickly as possible.

+ Does the app sync with my Fitbit, Apple Watch or other smart devices?

Yes! We currently sync with Fitbit and Apple Watch for iPhone users.

It's easy to connect your Fitbit or Apple Watch and watch your miles add up!

On the app's Walk tab, you'll tap "Add Walk" or "+" at the top right, then tap "Import" and follow the prompts to connect your device. Once connected, you can tap "Add Walk" or "+" at any time to import your intentional walks as tracked by your Apple Watch or Fitbit device.

We currently do not support any other smart watch devices.
